Lego treehouse set in near-new condition. Built once and displayed (not played with), includes all pieces and instruction book. The pieces are in 4 1-gallon Ziploc bags in build order (except for the fall-colored leaves which are in the original bags, unopened). It's an absolutely fantastic set. I'll mail it out in under 24 hours. Pet free and smoke shop free home. Message me about adding a brand new and unopened 40491, year of the tiger exclusive set for $5 extra. The shipping cost is by weight, and I can only send it USPS Priority, so it's $17.75 without the box (or I can fold/bend the box to fit in a smaller shipping box if you want). If you want the original box unbent, then shipping will be $46 - let me know and I'll edit the listing (the box condition is as shown in the photo, so not perfect).
