Please see photos. This CD/DVD 2 disc set is now out of print and extremely rare. On top of that, the booklet/cover art has signatures that seems to be from the band. There is no certificate of authenticity but in review of other signatures I have reviewed of the band it seems to be genuine. This was picked up in a lot of alternative/rock/metal CDs where there were other CDs that were also signed, the person seemed to be a collector of these types of bands and signatures.
