VTG Size 6 Party Dress Marthas Miniatures Red Polka Dot Bell Ruffle Holiday MCM Heart buttons and tie in the back Pre owned vintage dress with minimal show of wash and wear. The original tags are still attached and both are in crisp readable condition. The original bell under the layers is still attached but does not jingle quite as well as it did in the past. The garment has been looked over very well under lighting for flaws and shows no rips, holes, or found noticeable staining. The elastic in the arms is not stretchable. The ends of the ties are slightly frayed as shown in photos but could easily be trimmed or repaired which I will leave to the new owner. Some vintage age may show but this is nearly flawless!
