Overview: Up for sale is a really beautiful impressionist landscape oil painting on board. It depicts what appears to be a Spanish-style villa covered in flowers. The painting is signed "Roberts" and dated 1997 on front, but also dated 1996 on back and it appears to be titled "The Point at Lode." I believe this piece came from California, but no other information on the artist. It comes framed in a solid brown wood frame. Condition: The painting is in very good condition. A few minor instances of light staining. Frame is in very good vintage condition, showing some minor scrapes and scuffs. Measurements: Painting measures shop 10 inches high x 8 inches wide. Frame measures approximately 13.5 inches high x 11.5 inches wide.
