*Reasonable offers welcome* The UK Sylvanian Families released the blue roof Hilltop Manor in the mid-2000's as a limited edition release. It is the same model as the Oak Hill Manor/House on the Hill and the Calico Critters Deluxe Village House. Overall in beautiful condition but missing 2/3 of outside/inside railings and some damage to the roof and foundation (see pictures). It has all windows, doors and both front porch lights! Unfortunately the railings are a different colors from the other colors of this style, thus making it more of a challenge to track down spare parts. You don't see many of these in the US! A wonderful project for a collector. Shipping these homes is notoriously difficult due to the heaviness of the base and the relative fragility of the walls/joints.
