Flaws: the strap is patent leather. Why does Coach make handles like this? You can see the wear in the photos. I tried tear mend which after 3 minutes dries permanent and can even be washed but it wasn't mending the patent leather. It did adhere the sides (trim) of handles but the normal crease wear I couldn't do anything with. It's not that bad. I'd use it as is. Other than that it's spotless inside and out. It's a clean purse ready to use. Measure: top to bottom 9”, side to side approximate13”, bottom 4 1/2” X 10”, sides 3 1/2” toward top and 4 1/2” bottom- gets larger toward the bottom and nice and roomy - med size, 12” strap drop. Outside no pockets, canvas signature with some gray shop and some metallic silver C design, top zips close. Inside 1 zipper pocket, 2 side slit pockets, solid black fabric,.
