100% Leather Fringe Halter top There are no tags other than a Made In USA and a 60 or 09 stamp on the inside so not entirely sure if a date but would say 90's. Measurements in the pictures. Some faint marks by the arms (could be leather conditioned out) and some thicker wrinkles here and there.
