Vintage Hot Wheels Mattel Starter Set 1996 Track Cars Motorized Power Charger Figure 8. Includes everything pictured which is 23 shop pieces and the original box. It's marked incomplete because I don't know if everything is there or if what is there goes with this set. The box is in poor condition and doesn't close when all items are in it. The two motorized parts take batteries. One of them works, but I haven't tested the other one with new batteries to see if it works. Would make great replacement parts though!.
