This plush was exclusively available in-person at the Orlando Florida "Minion Mayhem" ride giftshop, it was a limited edition though I'm not sure from which year/event. There is no documentation of this plush anywhere online from what I could find, nor not a single sold comp ever recorded on this site (according to Worthpoint.com). This would make a outstanding addition to a dedicated Minions collectors collection. The plush measures around 7" in length.
