Pink girl skull has black bow with white polka dots, blue boy skull has glitter sunglasses and a black tophat. Skulls measure 1 1/4" h x approx 3/4" w. Action/Ready charm is 1/2" x 1/2". No missing rhinestones, but one of them is a little offset, but is secure (6th rhinestone down in last pic). 15" black/rhinestone chain with 3" extender.
