In overall good condition, disc looks great, pages on art book are crisp, but some minor creasing and scuffs to outer slipcover, and slight wear to outside of art book. DOES NOT include DLC codes for Metal Gear Solid and VR Missions on the PS Store, although I have to imagine it would be long expired by now anyways.
