Dooney & Bourke Small Florentine Satchel in Natural I'm the 2nd owner and have only carried it once (too heavy for me). It was purchased in “very good used condition”. The only mark on the inside is a pen mark on the green suede up top (see pic). Outside has some patina, I think. Photographed inside and outside to show details.
