Mia Miel Dress Clara's Ovation V2 Dress and Bloomers 2T This is NWT but listing as play condition: the ends of the ribbon are curled (see photo 3). Additionally, this arrived to us NIB/NWT with a strong, strange smell. We did not wear and are the first owners. There is one loose thread on the back of the bloomers that can be cut off. Comes from a smoke shop free home.
