This marvelous signed early C Miller Pottery bank Possible a lamp as well, as signs of opening for a rod for a lamp are original to the piece. Cold painted as usual shows wear but at over 70 years old it's understandable. Otherwise in good vintage condition. No chips or cracks noted. But aging of pottery and paint as shown in photos.
