Fisher Price Loving Family Townhouse - This house is in very good used condition! 28" high, 18" deep closed, and 20 inches long closed. Comes with all furniture pictured. There are lights and sound effects galore! This dollhouse has a flickering fireplace with fire crackle sound, "ding-dong" front doorbell & light, chirping birds, oven & cooktop light up, refrigerator light, light above kitchen sink, the telephone rings, foyer light and a lighted laptop computer in the rolltop desk. In addition there are closets, opening patio doors - even the toilet shop flips up!! So much fun!! DOLL HOUSE WAS TESTED , AND WORKS , THE ONLY THING IS WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET NO DOLLS ECT. THE BATTERY AREA IS CLEAN MINOR BLUE MARK , BATTERIES STILL WORK, I TOOK THE BATTIERS OUT YOU NEED C BATTERIES AS SHOWN. NEEDS TO BE WIPED DOWN , IT HAS BEEN IN OUR GARAGE .
