Box is new, one of the tape seals is broken and another looks to have been lifted on one side of the box but the third seal is fully intact and the other side have 3 intact seals so neither side has been over. Box shows some flaws but helicopter inside is pristine. The new 9053 Volitation helicopter is a metal helicopter with a built in gyro to help stabilize your flights. This model is a 3 channel helicopter that is specially designed to fly in the outdoor environment.
