Vintage. Blue gemstones look like blue topaz unsure if blue gemstone is simulated or real bc the gold on back is not magnetic. I don't see a stamp but my vision has not been the best lately especially on finding stamps. This is for pendent only if it comes with a necklace or chain it will not be real gold. If requesting real gold or gold plated I can shop look to see what I have left bc a lot I have sold. If i can find one that's not already going out I will send it free. This was one of my great grandmothers estate pieces. Do not know how old all I know is it's def over 10 years old. Giving you the best description.
