This is a listing for two J-cups (J cups) for a power rack (power cage). These are easy to add or remove and are intended to hold a bar for bench press, squats, etc. These fit 2 in × 2 in uprights. The peg fits in one-inch holes. There are a few scuffs on this pair to the shop metal shown in photos. No other damage. Some touch-up paint would bring them like-new!
