Authentic & comes with original packaging: Tiffany blue box, blue flannel pouch, white satin ribbon. Patent leather with silver accents. Adjustable. In good condition - not perfect. The blue color is a bit discolored versus original Tiffany blue color due to sun exposure. There is a very small black mark on back & marks on inner silver lining (see last 2 photos).
