Meaning you will need to use the assistive touch box to click “home”. This also means Touch ID is not working. If you wish, Apple can repair this at the Apple store. I don't find it that much of an inconvenience though. The only other issue is the battery life is not great. It holds a charge but not for as long, so I would recommend getting the battery replaced as well. I believe the phone is unlocked when I bought it from the Apple store.. I used ATT during my time with it. Shipping will be free.
