The screen scratches are only noticeable when the light hits it just right. I'm not sure why it shows a charging error as the watch charges SUPER fast & with absolutely NO issues. Original Fitbit Cord Included (Please Note: Fitbit does NOT include a box with the purchase of the watch - only a cord) Also included are 9 Bands - most of which have NEVER been worn. Please note the couple shop of possible discoloration of a couple of the "Wide" bands - on the white and the pink. Will be packaged up with extreme care, will be FULLY charged, and already factory reset so it's ready to go straight out of the box!.
