This is an unique antique book from the year 1879. I can't find another copy of this anywhere. it may be one of a kind which is why it's priced so high. I do accept offers and welcome any info you may have on this book. I researched the author and found she was one of the first women in the US to get her Medical shop License. Revolutionary It was published by S.R. Wells & Company and written by M. Augusta Fairchild M.D. Title of the book is, How to Be Well It's a book for the people on Medical Hygiene and the treatment and cure of acute diseases without the use of drug medicines. Big pharma wouldn't want any of us reading this ;) great book for a collector or a gift for a history buff, doctor, or someone who loves homeopathic treatment. Book is in fair condition with some pages ripped at the end which I have photographed. Not in the best condition but it's great for being 142 years old.
