NO scuffs, NO foam peeling, NO scratches (besides where the cups slide up and down on the adjustable portion, which is very common), etc. They have only been used by me a handful of times (MAYBE 10 times total). They sound fantastic, but I'm more of an earbuds kind shop of guy, so I dont use these at all. They have been charged, tested, and cleaned to the best of my ability.
