Elegantly framed collage of vintage seascapes created by Gifford Jackson, New Zealand's godfather of industrial design. Each image presents views of the Auckland, New Zealand coast. I believe these are reproductions, but it is possible the bottom center image is an original painting. I have not disturbed the works from their frame to determine. Gifford Jackson was recognized internationally as a master of design drawing, illustration, rendering and drafting. His concept drawings of Auckland's proposed ART locomotives and carriages has been collected and exhibited at New Zealand's Museum of Transport shop and Technology. 18” by 13” including frame.
