This is a repaired PAL/EU region 3DS XL. The camera doesn't work and honestly…I kinda don't want to buy another camera and put it in. You know if you know. Notable things about this console: - It can play all region games. - You need to make an EU account if you want to buy shop from the eShop. - You cannot do download play for local multiplayer unless you have other PAL region consoles, but you can do online play with others or ds games.
