You can practice with it as much as you would like in order to get familiar with, simply reset the device and use it again. Like new without original packaging, kept indoors in a smoke free home. Has been taken afield twice but has never been deployed or used in a self rescue. Comes with original instructions. It is equipped with chest strap, waist strap and leg straps.
