A sealed set of Shadows of London playing cards by Marianne Larsen. These decks are a Victorian London theme and are numbered 992. The silver embossed tuck is the Pennyless edition. It has the Victorian archetypes of the poor people of the streets, brothel owner, night watchmen, roughnecks of the docks, etc. The gold embossed tuck is the Moonshine edition. It has the Victorian archetypes of Jack the Ripper, Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde, Sherlock Holmes, etc. These decks are difficult to get with matching numbers. These are great shop for a collector, but could be used for game play, magic, and cardistry.
