She is in very good condition for her age She has one tiny dot at top center area of matting and one very faint discoloring all throughout velvet matting, but please inspect photos as they are part of condition description Back says “Paris Norte Dame” 21” x 16 1/2” What makes her so special is that you would usually get landscape etchings not portraits of people.
