Sea Patroller is in fair condition with partially working lights/sounds that come on when you press the under button or convert to land patroller with pop out wheels, however it does not respond to top button. This is Toy of the Year Award Winner, providing hours of imaginative play! This is a pre-loved set and does have minor scuffs and sticker wear.
