A 1910 Legal Document for the State of Oklahoma The United States of America, Western District of Oklahoma Charles Hunter as Clerk certifies that Charles H. Nicholas was duly admitted and certified as Attorney & Counselor, Solicitor, Advocate & Proctor. Signed & dated 24th, August, 1910. Embossed with the seal of the Western District of Oklahoma in the lower left corner. The document is wrapped in cellophane and placed on cardboard. The cellophane is torn in the lower and upper left corner. No damage can be noted to the document without unwrapping. It appears to be intact with no signs of tearing. In excellent condition for its age shop. It shows some staining. See photos for condition. Measuring 9.5" high x 12" wide in a horizontal view.
