This item was an estate sale find and was opened by me to verify that it is functional. It is. It was originally sold as a heating pad for use under a mattress. Possibly for a water bed. There is a dial for adjusting temperature and there was an information pamphlet which will be included with the item. Since this item is pretty old I cannot vouch for its safety going forward. Please use at your shop own discretion. Item is large and has a shipping size of 56x12 inches. The price is inflated to include shipping, so please be mindful of this when you send offers.
