The Certificate reads in part: "Manufactured strictly by hand with much care, manual skill, and devotion. The dress was tailored from the very best cloths and trimmed with braids and laces. The hand cast head made out of a special wax (heat resistant up to 80C / 176F) was skillfully painted by hand" She wears a gorgeous red velvet gown with gold colored trims.
