England is engraved on the bottom * 3/4 green & white gingham fabric napkins (One is missing and may be replaceable with the company's contact info www.optima.com) The 4 wine glasses that are included were made in France There is a lot of history behind this lovely picnic suitcase basket with items from both England and France. I believe this is worth significantly more then asking price (this pattern is rare HTF and sells for up to $599). Unfortunately I no longer have the room to store it.
