New old stock!! NOS! Incredibly rare and beautiful mid century modern desk clock by CITIZEN. Highly polished gold plated finish is in magnificent condition. Battery operated quartz movement has the original button battery in place, amazingly still charged! The plastic tab under the battery is still there, and when I removed it, the clock began ticking immediately. I can't imagine it will last very long so I shop will include several backup batteries for the future. This was sold for $70 at STERN'S decades ago, a New York / New Jersey based department store that is no longer in business. Based on the appearance of price sticker, it likely dates to somewhere around the 80's, but that's only an estimate. Ships immediately.
