(On something priced $28; the $24 left has to cover the figure, (which a lot of the time I buy on Mecari - I pay the cost, tax and shipping to get it to me) -The labor (about an hour each charm)to drill figure; bead up 12+ dangles; loop and attach with jump rings by hand (I don't use a looping tool) -the costs of beads, charms, hardware and packaging. After costs- I make less than $10 for my time. Charms are jewelry. They are not indestructible. Care should be taken not to excessively tug or pull on it. Like anything shop else that “dangles” it can get caught on something, and with enough force-break. I do not refund or replace charms.
