So the box has been opened, but it doesn't seem to ever have been used. I opened the inner packaging to make sure it works. Plugged it in, computer recognized, logo came on stream deck. There is software you need to download to make it work. It's free. I downloaded the software to make sure everything seemed good. It was. This is as close shop to new as you can get with an open box. I documented this adventure as best as possible step by step in my pictures.
