FLAWS: - minor scratches (cosmetic) - used gently (normal wear) - WHITE NOISE with noise cancellation OFF. I don't know if this is intentional or a flaw but if you turn the noise cancellation off (which you won't need to, the noise cancellation is state of the art) you can hear a subtle white noise. It's honestly calming & ASMR-like. Otherwise everything else is perfect and like new! I love these very much for shutting out the outside world. The noise cancellation is far superior than anything I've ever tried including beats and airpods pro.
