This is an opaline glass goblet. It is a type of milk glass that uses oxidizing materials shop to achieve the Milky look. This particular goblet is made of very thick glass. For example, see the bottom. It is also semi translucent and shows the 'ring of fire' as it is called when light is passed through it. This one was definitely made using a mold. This goblet is actually in mint condition, more or less; there is not a scratch on it. As for the sticker on the bottom, it looks out of place to me like someone put it there after but I left it just incase.
