This double breasted mini dress has an a-line sleeveless style with a scoop neck that's easily layered with a button up or turtleneck underneath, buttons completely down the front and it's fully lined. Incredibly well made. No material tag but it feels like a rayon blend with not very much stretch. Blouse shown is NOT included.
