Artwork itself looks great! No issues that I can see. Maybe some minor fading/discoloration from age, but honestly, the colors are still very bright and vivid. The frame does have some bumps, scratches, etc. However, nothing that I think would prevent it from being displayed as is. Please see photos. The paper backing is ripped.
