Unfortunately used twice only and this beautiful bag does not work for shop what I need :( comes with paper bag, tags, dust bag - pls see zoom photo of stain that I'm afraid to clean myself other than this the bag is in like new condition. Hardware is gold color. I will also include an extra purple shoulder strap that I bought separately to inter change with the camera bag also by marc jacobs.
