An awesome Vintage Kenwood rig in great condition! If you're ready to try some 2m SSB or have a knack for vintage sounding smooth FM radios this thing is awesome. It has been tested on a dummy load and is working as it should. FM, SSB (upper and lower) as well shop as CW. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH A POWER CABLE! But they can be purchased on eBay for around $15. Just search for “Kenwood 2 prong power cable.” THIS RADIO DOES NOT HAVE A TONE ENCODER! It will NOT work on repeaters that have tones. A tone encoder can be installed on the inside of the radio but try at your own risk! The microphone is in great shape and is a Kenwood 6 Pin style.
