Open box but unused, so itbis new but listing it as like new to avoid descrepancies. I got this as a birthday gift but i don't use hot tools on my hair, so its been sitting in my linen closet since july. Ive plugged it in and turned it on just before listing as a precaution, all settings work. It has good reviews online, but I don't personally know what hair type or style this would be best for. Smoke free home, we do have dogs, but they are not allowed upstairs where this has been stored.
