Felt accessories are well known in country Georgia. In the first few centuries, the most commonly used felt was made of wool with its natural colors: white, brown, black. V-VI centuries appear to be painted wool fabrics, mainly from red from madder roots, purple from hawthorn, green from walnut. Georgian shepherds were using shop felt as a bedding, or use it to make tents, a coat to keep them warm while tending of a sheep. They use felt to make slippers, rags, hats, scarves, wallets and different sorts of ornaments. Pictures, scarves and other accessories became especially relevant in Georgia. The drawing of the paint is very difficult and takes a lot of time. Sold without frame.
