They do have wear, heavily scratches, very dirty, cracks, breaks, chips, dings, scuffs, etc. The Mario edition DS is not an original shell, it is a 3rd party re-shell. Most all of them are missing their batteries and styluses. Does not come with any chargers, games or accessories.
