After carrying a few times, I've decided that I need just a bit more room than I had in this one. This is a medium sized bag to me, but on the smaller side of that spectrum. It's in excellent shape ; very clean interior, & only a few small 'scratches' on the handle (see last photo). The zipper is nice & smooth, though a few times when I had it fully unzipped, it would 'catch' just a bit when I would go to zip it closed. I found that I could pinch the zipper when that happened & it would glide smoothly again. Usually it didn't need that, though.
