This laser cut Victorian dollhouse building is cut from 1/8" Baltic birch (unfinished). The kit comes unassembled and comes with detailed photo-realistic instructions. This is a high quality Baltic birch plywood kit - not balsa or other cheap woods. The dollhouse measures shop approximately: 20"W x 15"D x 16"H. It includes 4 complete rooms and a loft for decoration, as well as 2 stairs, porches, etc. Four rooms approx. 9.5" deep x 5.5" wide and 4" high. There are 2 stairwells and a loft. Lofts are connected to each other but separated by ceilings and supporting walls. This Model Dollhouse Kit - Approx: 1/2" Scale - We are based on a 4" ceiling height. 8.22-1-5.
