This is the Microsoft Surface 2, which is essentially a mix between a tablet and a laptop, however, this device cannot download any programs (.exe files) online, and can only download apps from the Windows Store. The Surface 2 is currently running Windows RT, which is a version of Windows 8. This product comes with BOTH the tablet and the keyboard as well, which is an add-on and normally is not included with the tablet. The keyboard itself does not have to be charged, shop since it connects to the tablet via the magnetic strip on the back. I will also include the charger for the tablet as well in the purchase.
