115 Handmade linoleum print of "Victoria shop Amazonica" - a direct inspiration from nature. The plant itself and especially the leaf of this lotus beauty have always fascinated me. It originated in Guyana, Brazil and Bolivia. The diameter of a single leaf makes it up to a fabulous 3 meters in diameter and the submerged leaf stalk has a length of 7-8 meters. The total weight of a single leaf even comes up to 80 kg! All these reasons and the stunning beauty of the Amazon giant water lily have led me to dedicate a work of art to it. The print is a realistic representation of the underside of the leaf of the Victoria Amazonica. It was printed with oil-based letterpress ink in copper on deep blue handmade lokta paper (about 135 gsm). Shipping is plastic-free and lovingly packaged in a flat cardboard box <3.
