This item is in fair condition, it comes with everything shown except the white ottoman seat. That item is very stained so I won't be selling it. This playset is in fair condition because there's some damage to it. The stairs are cracked but it doesn't affect play at all. The stairs don't event move so the cracks don't hinder play. There's some chew marks from a puppy that lives in my nieces house. They weren't watching the puppy so, yeah. My home is pet free, but I am selling this for her. Otherwise the rest of the items have basic wear from play. The lantern lights up and will comes with batteries. The playset will come disassembled. American girl retired shop Kira retired.
